The interface instigates training environment on some specific questions where the agents have been found underperformed during an evaluation.<\/li>\n<li>Two types of coaching formats are facilitated by QEvalPro. These include-\n<ul>\n<li>Program wise training<\/li>\n<li>Parameter wise training<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Both formats of training sessions can be activated in a QEvalPro form. To do so, a user needs to check \u201c<strong>Training Required?<\/strong>\u201d while creating a form.
