Program

A Partner is an external or internal team supported under the program. Partners can represent vendors, outsourced teams, or other organizational units collaborating on the program. 

Typically, Admins or designated managers with appropriate permissions can manage Program settings, including creation, modification, and deletion of programs. 

Yes, sub-programs can be added under each main program. This hierarchical structure allows for more granular organization of workflows and reporting within larger programs. 

Use the “Program Configuration” section in the administrative settings. Here you can create new programs, define settings, and assign users and resources to specific programs. 

A Program represents a department, client project, or workflow group within your organization. Programs help organize evaluations, reporting, and access controls based on business units or client accounts

To create a program access group in QEval, a user can select Manage > Program Configuration > Program Access Group. To know the further process of creating program access groups, refer to Add Program Access Group section under Program Access Group.

A user can create a group of users and can allow every user of that group to access a particular program. The authorized user to create a group could be QA Manager and above. This module is better rather than giving access rights to the individual user.
