System Requirement

To ensure optimal performance and seamless execution of QEval, please review the minimum and recommended system requirements below.

1. Operating System

QEval supports the following operating systems:

  • Windows: Windows 10 or Windows 11

  • macOS: macOS High Sierra (10.13) or later

2. Processor (CPU)

  • Minimum: Dual-core 2.4 GHz processor

  • Recommended: Intel i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent (or higher)

For better performance with analytics dashboards and heavy data usage, a modern multi-core processor is recommended.

3. Memory (RAM)

  • Minimum: 8 GB

  • Recommended: 8 GB or higher (especially for data-heavy SaaS applications and analytics dashboards)

4. Display Requirements

  • Minimum Resolution: 1024 × 768

  • Recommended Resolution: 1920 × 1080 (Full HD)

A Full HD display is strongly recommended for complex analytics dashboards and multi-panel views.

5. Supported Web Browsers

QEval is a browser-based SaaS platform. Always use a modern, up-to-date browser.

Recommended Browsers:

  • Google Chrome – Primary and recommended browser (best experience for audio and video features)

  • Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) – Fully supported

  • Mozilla Firefox – Supported (new features may be validated on Chrome first)

General Browser Requirements:

For all supported browsers:

  • Use the latest stable version (avoid beta or developer builds)

  • JavaScript must be enabled

  • Cookies and local storage must be enabled

  • TLS 1.2 or higher must be enabled

6. Network & Connectivity Requirements

As QEval is a cloud-based SaaS platform, a stable internet connection is essential.

Bandwidth Requirements

  • Minimum: 5–10 Mbps download and upload per active user

  • Recommended: Higher bandwidth for:

    • Multiple concurrent users

    • Screen sharing sessions

    • Heavy audio/video usage

Network Stability

  • A wired Ethernet connection is recommended for optimal performance.

  • If using Wi-Fi:

    • Ensure a strong and stable signal

    • Avoid heavily congested networks

7. Firewall & Network Security

To ensure uninterrupted access:

  • Outbound HTTPS traffic (TCP port 443) to the QEval SaaS platform must be allowed.

  • TLS 1.2 or higher must be enabled in your network configuration.

8. Device Support

QEval is supported on:

  • Desktop systems (Windows & macOS)

  • iPad and tablet screens (using supported browsers)

For the best experience, desktop usage with a recommended display resolution is advised.
