Agent Level Report is the category that will display the list of reports related to all the activities specifically of the agents.

To access these reports, select Reports > Report > Agent Level Report.

Then, the system will display the list of reports under the Agent Level Report category as shown below:

Following Agent Level Reports will be displayed:

1. Agent Last 10 Report
2. Agent Performance Average Summary
3. Monthly Program Summary Report By Agent
4. Monthly Section Average Score Report By Agent
5. Program Summary Report By Agent
6. Section Average Score Report By Agent
7. Top Performers Overall Max Score
8. Top Performers Total Points Earned
9. Training Report
10. Weekly Program Summary Report By Agent
11. Weekly Section Average Score Report By Agent
12. Weekly/Monthly QA Alert by Agent
13. Program Summary Report By Sub Program
