Access/Change Log is the category that will display the list of all the reports related to the access logs or change logs.

To access these reports, select Reports > Report > Access/Change Log.

Then, the system will display the list of reports under the Access/Change Log category as shown below:

Following Access/Change Reports will be displayed:

1. Access Log Report
2. Role Level User Counts

One can even search for the required report by entering the keywords in the Search field displayed below:
