Overall Performance Report is the category that will display the list of all the reports related to the overall performances of Quality Analysts.

To access these reports, select Reports > Report > Overall Performance Report.

Then, the system will display the list of reports under the Overall Performance Report category as shown below:

Following Overall Performance Reports will be displayed:

2. Call Section Level QA score
3. Section Level Score By Sub Program
4. Daily Program Summary Report By Sub Program
5. Overall Score Report by Sub Program
6. Overall Monthly Program Summary Report
