A Program Configuration enables an admin to manage programs and sub-programs for particular locations and clients. The admin can also manage Program Access Groups, Program Groups, and Canned Responses.
To access all the above-mentioned features, then select Manage > Program Configuration as shown below:
Then, the list of all the features will be displayed under Program Configuration as shown below:
