From the Quality section, QEval users with access rights can evaluate the agents’ performances based on the categories in the Forms. Users can create new evaluations and also search for the evaluations. Users with rights will also be able to conduct the calibration process as the comparison of line items evaluated by various calibrators and a master calibrator.
