Auto Populate Call Information

There is a functionality specifically designed to auto-populate the fields of an evaluation form during an ATA process. It avoids the time consumption of making manual entries in the form. 

There are two steps to use this functionality.

Step 1

A user needs to select Manage > Forms > Create Evaluation Form> Start with a blank evaluation form and select the ATA Call-Info Auto Populate Required? checkbox as shown in the below screen:

Select the radio button with the Yes option to activate the process as shown on the above screen.

 

Step 2

Select Manage > Forms, on the Manage Forms page, click on the Edit icon displayed under the Action column to edit a particular evaluation form and the Edit Form window will be displayed as shown below:

From this window,  select the ATA Call-Info Auto Populate Required? checkbox as shown in the below screen:

Now for any ATA process, once the user has the access rights to this functionality, select Quality > Evaluation/ATA and the Manage Evaluation screen will be displayed.

Click on the displayed under the ATA Evaluation column, and then click on Add

The evaluation form will be displayed and on this page, the Eval Status field will display the status as Completed.

The ATA process can be conducted and then once done, submit the reviewed form. The system will redirect the user to the evaluation form, wherein all the details for the call information category will be auto-populated.
