QEval allows users to change their passwords. Once the user logs into his/her account, click on the User Profile located at the top right corner of the screen.
Then, from the list of options, select the Change Password option.
The user will be directed to the following screen:
In order to change the existing password, the user needs to:
- Enter the current password in the Old Password text box, followed by the New Password in the provided text box.
- In order to confirm the password in the New Password, the user must re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password.
- Then, click on the button.
The password should match the necessary conditions for its validity and authentication. The conditions are mentioned on the same screen as displayed below:
Once the password is updated, log back into the QEval account using the updated credentials. If unable to log in, then click on the Forgot Password link displayed on the login page and do the required configurations.
