Clearing Cache and Cookies

Sometimes due to browser issues, the system modules such as evaluation forms, reports etc may not produce the exact result. Even monitoring tool may encounter low performance due to browser problem. This however is not an issue and could be dealt by clearing browser cache and cookies. 

  • To clear the cache and cookies of the browser, press Ctrl + Shift +Delete key
  • Go to the “clear browsing data” and click on Advanced tab as shown in the below image-

  • Select all the options and click on Clear data button.
